Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery

Final sale items marked "Non-Refundable" cannot be returned.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] to initiate your return
  2. You will receive return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
  3. Package your item securely and include the original packing slip
  4. Ship your return using a trackable shipping service

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.

Refund Details

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For items returned without authorization or not meeting our return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Exchanges

We currently offer refunds only. For size or color exchanges, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
